About Sellers
The Sellers are tourism professionals from the entire provinces in Indonesia, such as Tour Operators, Tourism Destinations, Government Tourism Offices, as well as other tourism supporting industries and tourism related services such as Banks, Travel Insurance Companies, Transportation Companies, Tourism Schools or Academies, IT Companies, Restaurants, Souvenir Shops, including Tourism Objects and Tourist Attraction in Indonesia.
Sellers Allocation
The composition of Sellers participating in AITTA JAKARTA TRAVEL MART 2025 includes:

30% Travel Agencies from across Indonesia

10% Wholesalers
-
25% Accommodation providers (villas, resorts, hotels)
-
15% Supporting tourism institutions such as Banks, Transportation Companies, Tourism Schools, IT Companies, Restaurants, Souvenir Centers, Government agencies (Tourism Offices), Tourism Attractions Managers
-
15% Travel Agencies and Tourism Boards or NTOs from overseas
-
5% Airline Companies
Sellers Participation, Facilitites, and Obligation
The maximum quota for this year's AJTM is of 60 slots (tables), with the policy of first come - first served is being applied. More information related to the Sellers AJTM 2025 registration packages, are listed down below:​
Package A
IDR 5,800,000.- / USD 580.00

A type of purchase and participation of Sellers with accommodation, with the following facilities:

Participation as a Seller for 1 person with 1 ID Badge

1 exhibition table with 1 seller chair and 2 buyer chairs
-
Accommodation for 3 days and 2 nights with breakfast (twin sharing)
-
2 dinners, either as vouchers or participation in Opening Ceremony and Farewell Dinner
Supplement A
IDR 2,000,000.- / USD 200.00

A supplement in which Sellers may purchase (max. 1 purchase) as a complementary of Package A, with the following additional facilities:

Additional Seller participation for 1 person with 1 extra ID Badge

Accommodation for 3 days and 2 nights with breakfast (twin sharing)

Additional 2 dinners (voucher or Opening/Farewell Dinner participation)

Single Supplement

Early Bird Discount

We would like to give appreciation for any Sellers who are eager to participate in this year's AJTM:
Early Bird registration is available for Sellers who register and make payment before August 17, 2025. Eligible Early Bird participants will receive a discount of Rp500.000,- / USD 50.00 on Package A or B. This discount does not apply to supplements.
